HOA dues are $250/month. There is presently a $93/month special assessment that was put into place due to low reserves. The HOA board reviews this yearly and has just extended thru 2024.. Parking spots and storage units available on a first come, first served basis. Parking fee is $360/ year. HOA is planning to add more storage units this year.
